FOTD – My Everyday Makeup

Face Of The Day.

I rarely wear makeup nowadays but when I do, this is my go to look. A simple, neutral, light smokey eye with pale pink lips.

One of my all time favorite lipstick is Revlon’s Lip Butter in Cupcake. (what I’m wearing above) I will do a separate post on those soon though! 🙂

Tu – Beauty Shoot

Smokey eyes + bright pink lips = hotness.

Who says you shouldn’t wear dark eyes with bright lips?!  The rule of wearing only nude lips with heavy eyeshadow can go out my back door!  I even added bright pink blush too! Ha!  Take that!  Another makeup no-no.  lol  Smokey eyes, bright blush and bright lips. Whoa.  But hey, it clearly works as you can see!  🙂

On Tu’s lips is actually her very own super popular, super coveted MAC’s ‘Candy Yum Yum’ lipstick.  I don’t even have this lipstick color yet!

I quicky curled her hair with a 2-inch clipless rod and Voila!  Hotness!

I’m famous!?

I love behind the scene shots.  It shows exactly what happens during a photo shoot; not everything is easy and simple as it looks. There’s a lot of hard work that goes into it and I love being a part of it!

I love doing makeup for boudoir photo shoots.  Something very sexy and empowering to see a woman comfortable in her own skin and having an amazing photographer like Chris capture that!  I think every woman should do a boudoir/beauty shoot at least once in their life!

Mary – Boudoir Shoot

Well Hello There Gorgeous!  Mary was another beautiful client I had the pleasure of meeting a few weeks ago.  Eyebrows really frame the face so I filled in her brows using a combination of dark brown pencil & eyeshadow.   To really make her hazel eyes pop I used dark blue/navy eyeshadow, then minimal blush and nude lips finished off Mary’s sexy look.  Va-va-va-voom!

Sarah – Boudoir Shoot

Another beautiful client today!   Sarah is a natural beauty so it wasn’t hard at all for me to enhance what she already had. 🙂 She had the most beautiful green eyes so I used purpley/bronzey/maroony eyeshadows. (Do I suck at describing colors or what! Lol)

I used MAC’s Satin Taupe all over the lid and then MAC’s Beauty Marked on the outer corners.  MAC’s Vanilla to highlight under the brows and we were good to go!  Can’t wait to see how Sarah’s pictures turned out!
